A fine 19th century gilt bronze bust of Sir Walter Scott (1771–1832), elegantly mounted on a fluted bronze column with a stepped base. Beautifully cast and detailed, this classical portrait captures the distinguished features of the famed Scottish novelist and poet, author of Ivanhoe and Waverley.

The rich gilt finish contrasts beautifully with the darker bronze of the column, creating a striking and refined presentation. Although unsigned, the craftsmanship is of excellent quality throughout.
