A large bronze figure of a boy at his stone grinder sharpening knives. A basket is used as a match reserve, and the striker is on the wheel. Signed by Charles Menne (1854–1960). Foundry mark of Susse frères A wonderful piece from around 1880/90, great color. Working revolving wheel, signed to the top of the base. A real collectors item offered in great antique condition.
